TCK d.o.o. (“the Vendor”) is the sole owner of the Glazija Medical Centre building. (“The Property”) and intends to sell the Property in an open, transparent and non-discriminatory sales process.
The Property lies in the middle of the town of Celje and is designed to accommodate private medical service providers. Its position half way between Ljubljana and Maribor and their two University Medical Centres makes it an ideal location for the main Private Healthcare Centre in Slovenia. The building with a 13,341m2 net usable area is in the IV construction phase. Under current planning there are 82 parking spaces planned in the basement of the property. The ground floor is intended for retail commercial outlets and health services (pharmacy, optician, medical clinic, medical devices shop and bar). All six outlets will have direct access to the road to Ljubljana. On the next three floors there are planned areas for carrying 26 clinics and three offices and related activities. The 4th floor is intended for an operating block and the 5th floor for 9–15 residential units.
