Ljubljana, 23 March (STA) - Consumer confidence remained unchanged in March compared to February and January. Consumers were more optimistic regarding domestic finances and saving opportunities, but confidence in Slovenia's economic situation and unemployment level deteriorated.
Year-on-year, the consumer confidence index was down one percentage point, fresh data from the Statistics Office show.
The index on opportunities for saving added seven percentage points compared to February, and three points compared to last year's average. Year-on-year, the index was up one percentage point.
