Ljubljana, 12 November (STA) - Business software group Datalab generated EUR 4.2m in sales revenues in the fiscal year ending in June, up 14% over the year before. Operating profit was down 6% to EUR 558,000 while net profit was up 3% to EUR 538,000.
Datalab said it increased the number of clients by 17% to just under 27,400. The group generated 80% of its revenues in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The company is also present in Montenegro, Macedonia and Bulgaria. Last month, the company opened a subsidiary in Albania, together with Swiss company Mattig Management Partners.
Datalab plans to end the 2013 fiscal year with EUR 4.7m in total revenues and EUR 6m and EUR 8m in 2014 and 2015, respectively.
CEO Andrej Mertelj expects most of the growth to come due to market consolidation.
