Ljubljana, 15 September (STA) - State-owned investment firm DSU published in Wednesday's daily Delo a call for non-binding offers for the purchase of its minority shareholdings in six companies. The call for bids closes on 30 September, with the potential buyer having to purchase the entire stake.
DSU is selling a 7.12% stake in mill maker Mlinostroj, a 6.27% stake in packaging producer Embalaza, a 0.91% stake in glass maker Kristal Maribor and a 0.01% stake in Fructal, a fruit drinks producer.
The stakes on sale in investments firms ZIM (2.48%) and Creina Fond (7.33%) are meanwhile valued at EUR 7,266 and EUR 90,197, respectively.
The other shareholders in the companies have the preemptive right to buy the stakes.
The call for bids is open for Slovenian and foreign companies and individuals, with the potential buyer having to purchase the entire stake.
