Exports Drop 0.1% in July

Ljubljana, 07 September (STA) - Slovenia's exports dropped 0.1% to EUR 1.74bn in July year-on-year, while imports remained level at EUR 1.80bn, the Statistics Office said on Friday. The trade gap stood at EUR 57m, while the import-export ratio was 96.8%.

In the first seven months of 2012, exports grew 0.6% year-on-year to EUR 12.28bn, while imports dropped 0.4% to EUR 12.92bn.

The 7-month trade gap stood at EUR 641.85m, while the import-export ratio was 95%, according to the provisional statistical data.
