Households' Disposable Income Continues to Contract

Ljubljana, 30 December (STA) - Households' disposable income dropped by 1.1% in the third quarter of 2013, the seventh consecutive quarterly decline, though the downward trend is slowing down, according to figures released by the Statistics Office on Monday.

Despite the decline in disposable income, households' gross savings rate rose, rising by one percentage point over the year before to 12.4%.
