Ljubljana, 26 March (STA) - SID, the state-owned export and development bank, has issued a EUR 200m three-year bond on the international capital market. The issue was sold to a closed circle of investors, the bank said on Tuesday.
The semiannual floating coupon rate has been set at 6-month EURIBOR +3.20%. The bonds mature on 28 March 2016 and will be traded on the Vienna Stock Exchange.
This is the third SID issue this month, the bank having already issued a EUR 150m bond on 18 March and EUR 50m on 20 March.
SID bonds are guaranteed by the state.
