SID Banka Increases Bond Issue from EUR 150M to EUR 210M

Ljubljana, 15 October (STA) - SID Banka, the state-owned export and development bank, has expanded by EUR 60m the EUR 150m one-year bond issue successfully concluded at the of September, the bank said in a press release on Monday.

SID Banka said it was happy with the response of investors in September when the bank entered the international capital market for the first time, after the yield fell on Slovenian government bonds and thereby SID Banka's.

The organiser of the issue, whose proceeds are to be used for loans to businesses, is the German bank Berenberg Bank, Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. The bond has a coupon rate of 3.42% and is listed in Vienna.
