Ljubljana, 16 October (STA) - Datalab, a tech company specialising in business software, has opened a subsidiary in Albania together with Swiss company Mattig Management Partners. Datalab Albania is to start operating by the end of the year, the Slovenian company wrote on the website of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
Datalab has so far been present on the Albanian market through its Macedonian subsidiary, but with the new branch there Datalab will be offering its full line of products.
One of Slovenia's biggest software developers is currently present in eight countries of Central and Eastern Europe. It main product, software package Pantheon, currently has more than 28,000 users.
Datalab and Mattig also plan to cooperate on other markets - Romania, Bulgaria and Moldavia -, where Mattig is present with its accounting and auditing services.
Mattig Management Partners was founded as a consultancy focusing on controlling, and risk management. Its associated company Mattig-Suter and Partner is a leading accountancy and auditing agency in Switzerland, with subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria and Albania.
